Terms and conditions
- Payments are only possible in advance via bank transfer to our account: 903020002 / 5500 (Raiffeisen Bank).
- Our feeders are custom-made handcrafted product. It is not a serial production and therefore return within 14-day is not possible.
- There is a 2-year warranty for the entire feeder under conditions and instructions followed in the manual.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the amount and colors of feeders in the order. Feeders in gray color have a delivery time of approx. 1 month. Feeders of other colors have a delivery time up to 3 months.
- Delivery can be made by handing over in person in Brno Czechia (or elsewhere after an agreement), or by sending via transport service (also abroad), We ship mostly to whole Europe.
- Customer notice:
When delivering the shipment, we recommend unpacking the shipment in front of the courier! In case of damage or violation of the package of the consignment, take over the consignment with a “exception” and write with the driver a record of the damage, necessary IMMEDIATELY upon receipt! Furthermore, inform us about this fact immediately at: info@novastand.eu. Thank you for your understanding.
